Notice:  The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will begin construction on I-675 starting March 2010 lasting through 2011.  This may affect the "detailed driving directions" to Synergy buildings provided in the right menu.   Please click here for more construction details and alternate routes.

Synergy Medical Main is located in the city of Saginaw at 1000 Houghton Avenue. Our offices are located in the Covenant HealthCare - Houghton building on the north side of Houghton across the street from Bliss Park and less than 2 miles from Saint Mary's. Use the interactive map below to get to Synergy Medical.

Saginaw Transit has bus routes to both Synergy locations, you may call for the schedule at (989) 753-9500. Transportation assistance is available to Great Lakes Health Plan members by contacting (877) 892-3995, five days prior to your appointment.
