Notice:  The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will begin construction on I-675 starting March 2010 lasting through 2011.  This may affect the "detailed driving directions" to Synergy buildings provided in the right menu.   Please click here for more construction details and alternate routes.

Synergy Medical North houses our Generations Family Care facilities. It's located in Saginaw on the corner of Tittabawassee and N. Michigan.

Saginaw Transit has bus routes to both Synergy locations, you may call for the schedule at (989) 753-9500. Transportation assistance is available to Great Lakes Health Plan members by contacting (877) 892-3995, five days prior to your appointment.
