Please call 2 to 3
days prior to running out of your medication. Every effort will be
made to refill medication requests on the same day when called in before
noon. If you call after noon, your medication may not be called in
to the pharmacy until the next buisness day.
Call (989) 583-6800, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Note: Narcotic medications can only be
filled by your Primary Care Physican. After normal business hours,
the on-call physician cannot fill a request for narcotics. |
