Our Senior HealthCare Clinic is
designed to provide comprehensive, coordinated health care for adults.
As you grow older your health needs change. A Geriatric Nurse and
Social Worker are on staff to assist you to understand and adapt
to your emotional, social and overall lifestyle changes.

Appointments can be made by calling (989) 583-6849
between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you cannot
keep your appointment, please notify our office 24 hours in advance.
Registration for your first visit should
be 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Once you are an
established patient we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your
scheduled appointment.
Insurances listed below can be billed
for our services. Any unpaid balance will be your responsibility.

Prescription Refills can be completed with
a simple phone call to the Senior Services staff. We suggest that you
call several days before you will need more medication to insure that
you do not miss a dose. The number to call is (989) 583-6849 Monday through
Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
After-Hour Emergency Calls will be handled
by the Department of Internal Medicine. In an emergency call (989)
583-6800 and ask for the Senior Internal Medicine resident on-call.
